I most love the clarity I have per my abilities and flaws. I love standing in my authenticity. I love developing a better version of myself. I also love the realization that I do not need to be perfect, and I realize that challenges CHANGE us. I love that I gracefully embrace the aging process, also being able to reinvent myself from teacher to realtor in my 50's. I focus on self-care, servitude (via teaching and realtor work), and living by "How we do anything is how we do everything."

First, I stay fabulous through my commitment to proper nutrition, exercising -- including running/gym workouts/skiing/kayaking -- and skincare. Secondly, I focus on personal growth through podcasts, reading, keeping a gratitude journal, and aiming for proper sleep including duration and quality. Finally, I live each day with a grateful heart, a "what's next" ambition, and celebrating even the small wins, and doing philanthropic work!

With the $40,000, I would: 1. Gift my mother $10,000. She is age 79, retired, and on a fixed income. She put my brother and I through college as a single mother. 2. I would put $20,000 toward my son's college education, as he my WHY in life. 3. I would contribute $1,000 to infertility research, as infertility was a prior struggle for me. 4. I would divide the remaining $9,000 for developing my new real estate business (following 27 years as a teacher), and saving for future dreams!
