After 40 you have gained wisdom, experience and confidence in your goals and your dreams. You understand and are able to use time efficiently. Priorities are clear and my family comes first. I love watching my family grow and succeed. At 40 you can be yourself. I am grateful for each day.
How do you stay fabulous?My focus is keeping a positive frame of mind . Helping others find heath and feel fabulous too lights me up inside. For myself I stay active. I love to hike and ski with my family. Being healthy as a wife mom and mom mom. Each day saying what did i do to be good for my body today. Little things each day building over time. A positive outlook in life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate to research and awareness for breast cancer and for congenital heart defects, As i am a 1 in 100 survivor of 2 congenital defects. I would also help my children with student debts. .... and plan a cpl days relaxing with our kids and grandkids.
