The older I get, the more comfortable I become with myself. I love that I’m finally in a place in life where I don’t allow other people’s opinions of me to have dominion over my thoughts. It’s like a light bulb came on when I turned 40: I had an epiphany that what other people think and feel about me truly matters far less than what I believe to be true about myself; that’s emotional freedom!
How do you stay fabulous?I do my best to remain “fabulous” by maintaining good sleep hygiene which, for me, means getting at least seven hours of sleep each night. Also, I like to stay active— walking is my exercise of choice and I walk up to seven miles a day, at least four days a week.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win the $40,000 prize, I would pay off some of my debt, and I would take a vacation with my daughters.
