Being over 40 can bring a lot of positives. I find myself more comfortable in my own skin, more confident in my decisions, and less concerned with others’ opinions. I appreciate the wisdom and life experience I’ve gained, leading to a greater sense of peace and fulfillment. I value the meaningful relationships I’ve built, with family and friends, and have a clearer perspective on what’s truly important.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 involves a combination of self-care, confidence, and healthy habits. A good skincare routine with moisturizing and anti-aging products. Nourish my body with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. I do activities like yoga or pilates to enhance flexibility and posture. Prioritize good sleep habits. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin and body hydrated. Dress in styles that make me feel confident. Confidence is key and embrace my age.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the funds to take courses, earn a certification, or even pursue a degree in mind, body health and nutrition. Help Loved Ones: support my daughter and son-in-law, by gifting them some funds or helping them pay for something important, like a home down payment.
