One of the most important things that I love about being 40. Plus it's self- acceptance. There was a time in my late teens early twenties where I questioned myself. Did I look okay before going out? Did I eat the right thing at dinner when I was out? Did I choose the right career path that I love enough? Was I good enough but once I hit 40 and beyond I began to find out none of that mattered. It's about self-acceptance self-love when you love yourself when you treat yourself right when you accep
How do you stay fabulous?Well, my mom started my sister and I out right at preteen learning about fashion and beauty and self-care. She was a well-respected businesswoman in St. Louis, Missouri. She owned beauty salons clothing store and she had makeup artists to give full effect for those who came to her salons and got their hair done. So from the beginning we knew facial care routine. We knew how much water to drink. we knew the type of foods that we needed to eat. Greens, baked yams and turkey, chicken. No fast food
What would you do with the $40,000?That's easy. My mom again who was a very successful business woman has had financial issues since my father passed away and when my sister died a couple years back in an outpatient surgery at 47 years old, her life took a major tailspin. She was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and had to have brain surgery at 83. I would take my mom and her best friend on a trip to Barcelona. She deserves that. Id also start a nonprofit for girls to pass on this knowledge
