What I love most about being over 40 is the wisdom and confidence gained from life’s experiences. It’s a stage where I embrace growth and change, value authenticity, and prioritize quality over quantity in all aspects of life. I no longer seek external validation and have the courage to pursue new passions and adventures. This age brings a sense of calm, patience, and self-assurance, allowing me to navigate life with clarity, make intentional decisions, and truly appreciate the journey.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being mindful of what I eat, staying active, and keeping myself engaged. I don’t follow a strict regimen, but I prioritize balance and wellness. I prefer a holistic approach to health over modern medicine, focusing on natural ways to maintain my well-being. Staying busy and pursuing what I love also helps me feel energized and fulfilled. It’s about creating harmony in mind, body, and spirit rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would dedicate it to building a strong financial foundation for my four grandchildren. As a single mother, I focused on providing for my children but often lacked the resources to save for their future. This opportunity would allow me to create savings funds for each grandchild, ensuring they have a solid financial backing to pursue their dreams. It would mean everything to me to transform my legacy from overcoming challenges to building generational wealth for my family.
