I work out 3 days a week and play pickleball 3 days a week. I am 70 and love traveling and my 5 grandchildren. I’m happy and love my life!

I love being more confident and comfortable in my skin. With age comes wisdom. You learn to appreciate the smaller things in life. Having owned my own dental practice and running a business was good in establishing part of my identity.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out and stay busy a lot. I have worked out for 20 years consistently, and play pickleball for further activity. I travel a lot. For instance, I was in Dubai and India in December. I take good care of myself. I’ve done retin a for 30 years, and bioidentical hormones for 20 years.
What would you do with the $40,000?Take my loved ones on a vacation all together. As you get older you learn that moments like that are what really counts in life.
