With age, I’ve gained confidence, I’ve learned to say no to things I don’t want to do, and I feel powerful. In my 20s, I was still growing into who I wanted to be. Now I’m there and it is exhilarating! Age makes us wiser and I’ve realized it is important to spend the time that we have with my family and friends.
How do you stay fabulous?I workout every day whether it is cardio or strength training. I eat healthy and make sure I get the needed vitamins. I keep mentally healthy by being kind and helping others. I also am learning a new language—French. While I’m still in the beginning stages, learning a new language keeps me thinking. I also read quite a bit. Reading is relaxing.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would do a few things. First, I’d like to remodel a room in my house. This room will be used for when my older daughters and grandson come to visit. Second, I will donate some of the money to my local animal shelter. It is currently at capacity and they need blankets, food, and pillows for the winter months. Finally, I will help out my daughters with expenses that they have.
