What I love about being 40 is the confidence I have in who I am, my inner and outer beauty, knowing what I want in life, and how to chart a road map to get there. Perhaps the greatest virtue of this era is the inner strength that comes with life experience and that wisdom begins to set in and drive your decision making, because you know you can count on your fortitude to achieve your dreams and overcome any obstacle!
How do you stay fabulous?T Fox's Fab 5: Hydration, Meditation, Relaxation, Hibernation, and Motivation: By drinking plenty of water, I not only eat less but feel and look more refreshed. My job is extremely stressful, so starting every day in the mindset of gratitude helps me maintain a balanced emotional state. Taking time to enjoy life and create magic moments makes my hard work worth it and is non-negotiable. Your body needs proper rest to rejuvenate and work effectively. Goals keep me growing, healthy, and fit.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate 1/4 to the charity I relaunched in my Dad's honor after he passed away from prostate cancer last year. I would treat my mom to a 10 day vacation anywhere in the world she wants to go, then plan a trip to Antarctica and the remaining countries I need to reach my 50 countries by 50 and all 7 continents goal. I've currently traveled to 40 countries and 6 continents. Lastly, I would invest in a woman owned start-up with the remainder!
