The freedom to be myself and not have to apologize for it. I am through with raising kids and men, I can truly explore things that make me happy. Volunteering has been such a wonderful opportunity to give back. I teach community cooking classes and am a very advocate for mental health issues Volunteering with NAMI. Training to facilitate NAMI classes has been such a blessing for me.
How do you stay fabulous?I nearly died last year after covid rearranged my physiology. Since then I have gotten off prescription medications and changed my diet to a healthy whole food focus. I reversed chronic conditions. I stay active and have three rescue dogs that keep me busy. I volunteer in my community and practice yoga & meditation.
What would you do with the $40,000?I lost my home to a fire six months ago. I would pay off debt and put a down payment on a small inexpensive house so I could continue my education to be a mental health therapist. My goal is to be able to help others in a professional manner.
