How do you stay fabulous?Having good friends and good people in my life, traveling, having a good laugh daily, and continuously experiencing new things. Including daily movement as much as I can such as dancing, yoga, Pilates, lifting weights, and being in nature. Having healthy delicious food daily along with a great bottle of wine on occasion makes life balanced.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would enhance my business by developing an Urban Wellness Retreat Space adding in the wellness services that I have used for years that enhance my overall health and wellbeing. Everyone should have access to great wellness and health services, and I want to bring it to as many people's daily life as I can.
