Being over 40 is like finally getting the VIP pass to your own life. I’ve mastered the art of confidently wearing my quirks like a badge of honor. Apologizing? That’s for people who still think “I’m fine” is a valid answer! I’ve traded self-doubt for a “take me or leave me” attitude. Plus, now I can claim my love for naps without judgment. It’s the age where I can genuinely say, “I know what I want”, And it’s usually just to enjoy my wine in peace!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is easy! I just spend my day with my special-needs dog, who probably has better social skills than half the people I know. I embrace skincare like it’s my full-time job; After all, who doesn’t want to look like a dewy goddess? Fabulousness is all about confidence and a sprinkle of humor. And when all else fails, I just laugh it off while rocking those fine lines like they’re fabulous streaks of wisdom.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000, I’d pull a classic “treat yo self” while still being the responsible adult my children think I am. But let’s be honest, the majority of the money would probably go to my children, because they are the real bosses around here. Then, I’d sneak away for a beach vacation, because YOLO. The rest? I would pour back into my photography business to boost a 40 over 40 campaign, helping women shine as they age.
