I'm a mental health provider working my private practice, while working out 5 days a week, and raising my family of 3 kids and 2 dogs.

Financial stability, that probably sounds like I'm no fun but being able to keep my bank account in the positive is life changing. I enjoy going to bed early and staying in. I can't imagine how I ever stayed up when I was younger. I find peace of mind in accepting that the party has to end and I'm okay with that. Confidence and being okay in my own skin. Although, I'm a work in progress I no longer need to compete or compare myself to others. I'm happy being me!
How do you stay fabulous?Pray and worship GOD! Eat right and workout regularly. I use natural products (when I wear makeup) to add to my life not take from it. I practice Mindfulness strategies to keep my nervous system in balance and reset it after being triggered. I maintain healthy boundaries so I let others know how to respect me and what I'm willing to accept from them, as appropriate treatment. I connect with other creatures and nature to establish a link on this earthly plain and exchange energy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in my business so that I could do more for my community and continue to positively influence the lives of those around me that are struggling to heal from trauma. I would donate to my church and community causes to impact and support change. I would take my family on a vacation!
