I exercise daily, eat healthy, drink lots of water, take naps when I can, I live a stress free life and practice self-love!

I have a better sense of what makes me happy, a better understanding how importance my health is, I’m not afraid of death as I once were, which keeps me more focused on living in the moment. I look at my 40s being the best decade of my life, I know what it means to be free, confident and most importantly I can be myself and accept my imperfections!
