I am fabulously over 40 because I am finally authentically and unapologetically me, serving in my dream role while raising amazing children.

I love being over 40 because I love this stage of life. I've settled into my career, met my soulmate, bought our dream home, and are raising five beautiful children (3 of my own + 2 bonus kids). Being over 40 means focusing on the big picture, while not sweating the small stuff. I love that I've learned a lot of life lessons and I'm able to be at a point to put those lessons to practice. We should do things that bring us joy because our time is precious - and that's not something you know at 20!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing my time and energy on the things that bring me happiness: traveling, listening to music, trying new restaurants, seeing musicals and plays, and spending time outside. I also stay fabulous by keeping up with my kids' busy schedules and volunteering at the activities that make them happy. Lastly, I've always loved skincare and makeup products, which of course, keeps me feeling fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000 today, I'd set aside part of the money to get our kids started as young adults - whether they choose to work or go to college after high school. I'd also set aside money for our destination wedding that we've talked about doing someday. And I'd pay off what's left of our kids' activities fees for the next couple of years.
