My hair is short for the first time ever. Very fab. My husband still loves me. Even more fab. And I love myself now more than I ever have.

When I was young I thought of a forty year old as someone who was grumpy and over the hill and wrinkly and sad. The thought of it made me question every birthday that got me closer to that day. Now that forty is gone and passed I am so thankful that I am no longer consumed with growing old. I love that I can make forty feel and look so good. I just recently cut my hair shorter. With Short hair I took a leap of faith that I would look fabulous and young. I love my hair. The joy of life.
How do you stay fabulous?By being so comfortable in my own skin. Staying less focused on proving myself, and I am so aware of my own powers. The secrets to being forty and fabulous have started to unfold just naturally with a women’s intuition. Hard to explain to my twenty something self but luckily I am no longer that. I am living life simply and fabulous. In fact I’m very darn happy about it.
What would you do with the $40,000?I could use this money for a down payment on my first house. Or I could take it and put it all on black. Oh the joy of being 42!
