I believe in spreading love daily, eating healthy and working out daily. This year I will complete my 100th Half Marathon!

Being over 40 comes with a sense of confidence and self-acceptance that can be incredibly liberating. Having a clear purpose of who I am. With age comes wisdom. I have learned from both successes and failures, which guide my decisions.
How do you stay fabulous?I focus on self-care: prioritize a balanced diet, regular exercise, and plenty of hydration. I have a personal style that makes me feel confident. I stay curious by learning new skills or hobbies. Surrounding myself with positive, supportive people, that embrace my uniqueness. I practice gratitude and mindfulness to boost my mental well-being. Finally, I never shy away from pursuing my passions—they keep my spirit vibrant and my life exciting!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use some of the money for education or personal development, like courses or workshops that interest me. I would also help my mother move into a new place that is suitable as she is maturing. I would also make a donation to Angels Among Us that is affiliated with the Duke Brain Tumor Center in Durham, NC. I have been a team captain for them for 20 years raising money for research.
