I took this year to take care of me. I lost 40 lbs. The Dr found a lump in my left breast. I’ll be fine after my surgery on 10/21 🙏 🩷

I like that I’m more mature and think more about all the things I would like to accomplish. I set goals for myself and try to get them done as I think of them.
How do you stay fabulous?I like to go for walks with my husband in the morning or we go after work and dinner. I use small weights up to 10 pounds to tone my muscles. I changed my eating habits and cut out carbs, sugar, dairy, caffeine and alcohol. Once I stopped eating all the inflammatory foods I started to loose weight and feel so much better.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would spend the money on myself and pay off some medical bills. After that I would take my husband on a vacation. I’d pay off my car and put the rest in the bank.
