Reaching 40, has given me the wisdom to cherish so many things I have taken for granted in the past. It’s given me the ability to love and accept myself again and celebrate my health, family and what my future holds.
How do you stay fabulous?By staying active both in and out of my classroom, I am Pre-K educator of 16 years, helps me to remain flexible and maintain a healthier way of life. I enjoy different types of sports and have recently taken up golf. I take time weekly for self care and skin care, and I have an incredible esthetician! Competing in Ms/Mrs. Division pageants allows me the opportunity to challenge myself, promote my personal platform, build connections and celebrate other phenomenal women over 40!
What would you do with the $40,000?This prize money would be beneficial for my entire family, I would be able to set aside money for my sons’ future educational endeavors, begin making plans for our future home as well as providing more financial stability. I would also like to promote my platform of “Building with books” and provide scholarship opportunities for young women in my community.
