What do you love about being over 40?

Being over 40 has given me back the freedom to explore myself again . I have always been in the fitness industry teaching spinning and group classes , when I turned 50 I decided to compete in a figure competition so loss 27 pounds and walked on stage in a bikini ! Loved it so much I challenge myself to do another at 53 . I went back to work after raising my 4 children, worked full time and taught fitness classes in the evening, I was a force to be reckoned with since I was now on my own .

How do you stay fabulous?

This is how I stay fabulous, I work with the younger generation, keeps me young , I play tennis 3 times a week , hockey once a week , golf once a week and on the weekends love cycling and hiking . I love hanging with my children and so blessed to be with my 2 little granddaughters. I take care of my skin everyday and eat healthier more than I ever have . I smile a lot and I’m not afraid to talk to Random people, being happy everyday is the key to feeling fabulous.

What would you do with the $40,000?

First thing I would do is plan a getaway weekend with my children their spouses and my grandchildren. That’s important to me family , I would put the rest away for my retirement, I will honestly need that money to be able to afford a comfortable living space.
