There is the beauty of coming into my own and not wavering. I’ve learned that I am not a survivor after all. Being a survivor comes with the thought that I was a victim. I am not a victim with all the pain that comes with it. I am a victor and I am a conqueror. Time to rejoice!!!
How do you stay fabulous?You know, my friends and acquaintances say that I’m young at heart and adventurous. Somehow most people are surprised when I tell them I’m 68. Honestly, I was very old in my 50’s. I decided I did old once and it didn’t agree with me. I didn’t like it. So, I thought I’ve already done old. I don’t want to do that again. It’s time to grow younger with the joy of my youth and the wisdom of my experiences. And, that is the sweetest combination.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to be able to continue in missions work. I’d like to throw my passport on the table and say, “Lord, send me. I’ll go where You want me too.” But, also, I have a bucket list to drive a NASCAR and to skydive. 😊 I’d like to take the train through the Rockies. A little vacation drinking an early morning cup of coffee, meditating and breathing in a view of something utterly glorious. Amazing!
