How do you stay fabulous?I exercise four times a week and drink half of my body weight in water. I also practice portion control with my meals by eating a balanced meal on 7 inch plate. I practice intermediate fasting.I have an 8 hour window in which I consume my meals(12 p.m. to 8 p.m.)I allow 16 hours pass before I consume another meal or snack. I pour my love into my family and friends and volunteer with various organizations giving back to the community.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to take an Event Planning course and help out some family members that haven't fully recovered from the pandemic. I would gather my family and friends and feed the homeless.
