I’m over 40 and fab because I continue to grow each and every year! Some people think growth stops at a certain age but that’s not the case.

I’ve learned to really lean into in myself more and develop a self love for myself that I’ve never had in my younger years. Funny how life’s twist and turns can change your perspective and most importantly teach you more about yourself than you ever thought possible. I heard a quote recently that said while sitting in darkness you may feel like you are being buried when in fact you are being planted! My 40’s have been a rebirth for me and I’ve really enjoyed it!
How do you stay fabulous?I try and take care of myself physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m a big supporter of mental health as I think that’s the most important focal point. Without a strong and healthy mind nothing else matters. You can have everything, the looks, money, social status, etc. but if you aren’t healthy mentally you can’t truly be your fabulous self!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off debt that I have acquired since becoming a single mom and being the primary care taker of my two children. It’s been a struggle these past few years but I’m pushing through because I know hard times don’t last forever!
