Just being happy with who I am now at 54. Being comfortable in my skin with my flaws and flair. I am learning how to better my health, making changes to my lifestyle and daily choices. Grandchildren! What a blessing!
How do you stay fabulous?Just try to keep moving and be as active as possible. I have arthritic pain in my joints constantly, so exercise is a must even through the pain. Lake or beach I love being in and around water; spending as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors. Family gatherings are most important to me. Being engaged with my spouse, 5 adult children and 8 grandkids makes me happiest. I love to volunteer and give back to local organizations that help the homeless and hungry!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my dream vacation! And hire a swim coach to train to do a long distance swim!
