I can honestly say that at almost 65 I am stronger than I’ve ever been! I love my silver hair and my wrinkles because I’ve earned them! I want to be an example to my kids and grandkids to take care of your body and it will serve you well!
How do you stay fabulous?I truly believe that strength training is the closest thing to the fountain of youth that there is! I make lifting weights and doing cardio a priority as well as a healthy diet and staying hydrated! I also focus on my mindset. One of my favorite quotes is “ the body achieves what the mind believes “
What would you do with the $40,000?Family time is so important to me and it seems to be harder to get everyone together If I won $40,000 I would take my kids and grandkids on vacations and create memories with them
