I love the evolution of being at home within myself. It has been a transformative journey - which was initiated by Perimenopause. Being over 40, provides me with a sense of confidence & also the perspective of mortality/time. Life is short & I'm going to Be my all & leave nothing on the table. Experiencing Perimenopause also catalyzed an inner-healing journey that I otherwise would not have done--b/c let's face it--it's hard AF ;) Also the level of fortitude & boldness not experienced before.
How do you stay fabulous?Boundaries protect my vitality -- especially as a recovering people-pleaser & putting other's needs before my own. Being connected to my Inner Authority & Inner Wisdom, orients me into my Yes & my No to help me stay connected to myself to discern what is in alignment for me & what is not. So as I move through my day to day life, I know the next right step that is true for me. When I protect my vitality with boundaries, I have more energy and can more easily follow my joy which feels fabulous!!!
What would you do with the $40,000?Honestly?? This would so help me continue moving forward with my new business--oomph--that feels really vulnerable to ask and to share. Sharing the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to support Perimenopausal People & orient to Your Cyclical Nature holistically is my purpose & passion. Changing the narrative of Perimenopause to an Initiatory Rite of Passage + honoring this life-phase shift is my calling. I would also love to tithe 10% to a Trans Youth Organization in Florida.
