I appreciate all of the experiences that have gotten me to where I am today, good and bad. I am now stronger, both physically and mentally, then ever before! I love the new found confidence of being 40! I use to hate my oily skin but now I embrace the glow and the free wrinkle reductions oily skin offers! I finally know what healthy is! Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Nothing matters more than being healthy in all aspects. A safe space and home matters most!
How do you stay fabulous?self care and respect and by traveling! Going to bed early and getting a good nights sleep, working out 5 to 6 days a week (more weights, less cardio) always eat breakfast, protein, fruits and veggies, but I enjoy desserts too! A rewarding career that I love! A skincare routine that works for my skin type and never sleeping in my makeup! Taking care of my smile and teeth! I’m not afraid to change my hairstyle! Less alcohol, stress management, and giving to others makes me fab!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my daughter on a memorable vacation! She recently turned 18 and one of the best things about being 40 with an 18 year old daughter is the bond we have shared over the years. Now she is of adult age and the new memories we can create on vacation together will be unforgettable! There is also a religious organization that is dear to me that I plan to donate to. Lastly, my real estate career has inspired me to get into home design, so I would redecorate my home and create a look book.
