How do you stay fabulous?I've found that incorporating simple habits into my daily routine has been a game-changer for staying grounded and focused. Drinking plenty of water, minimizing stress through meditation and deep breathing while surrounding myself with uplifting spiritual truths really helps me stay on track.
What would you do with the $40,000?As a child loss survivor and founder of a small nonprofit that focuses on providing grief support resources, I understand the impact of community support. If I were to receive the prize money, I'd use it to continue providing essential resources to the grieving community like grief support teddy bears, self-care tools, and free counseling resources to individuals and families navigating complex grief. Together we heal and help make a difference! Healing is winning!
