Since removing meat and high-sugar foods from my diet in 2018, I’ve embraced a lifestyle centered on vibrant, nutrient-rich foods that enhance my vitality. Daily, I connect with Mother Earth, grounding myself and detoxifying for a deeper sense of recovery. I focus on small, fortifying meals that energize and nourish me, and I train my eyes to see the beauty in godly desires and impactful service. I allow myself to be.
