This past Halloween I became a widow. Instead of falling apart, I lost weight, started exercising, and put myself first.

How do you stay fabulous?First off my faith keeps me grounded. Next, I continue to eat right, exercise, and watch how I treat my body. I focus on bettering myself everyday and inspire others to do the same.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to start my own health and fitness program for young women and minister to them the importance of loving themselves. Too many women are demeaned and mistreated. They focus on unhealthy relationships because they feel that’s all they are worth. I want to change that stigma.
