A strong sense of self and no longer apologetic for who and what I am. I have fairly positive body image and I don’t fight the fact that I am aging, because it’s a natural process. I’m prioritizing myself so I can be a better partner, mom, employee/teammate.
How do you stay fabulous?Physical activity daily, eat well without deprivation, practice splits and inversions everyday for flexibility and reversing circulation. I keep my brain busy with work, learning a foreign language and doing word games. I spend time with my husband and daughters doing fun and relaxing things .
What would you do with the $40,000?Travel with my family and invest the rest.
