How do you stay fabulous?I've done hair/makeup for 23yrs, im a nutritionist, a personal trainer and my lifestyle revolves around taking care of myself. I train up my kids to love fitness and to have a healthy lifestyle. Im so proud of them and how I can train us as a family, is such a blessing
