The wisdom and clarity is so amazing! Reflecting on who I’ve been and what I’ve learned and sharing with younger generations is a blessing. I love my sense of self and my confidence and having learned to enjoy my own company but also how much I’ve learned about building relationships. I also love my little silver streak in my hair so much! Another cheeky thing: I love pretending I’m super lame with my adult kids - purposely saying slang wrong and awkward. They’re reactions are priceless!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay open to learning and change always. I am forever a work in progress. I wake up everyday and just try to be better than what I was the day before. I try to stay self aware at all times. I’ve done YEARS of therapy and I use those tools everyday. I just try to be a good person, make good choices, and help others whenever possible.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have worked so hard in my 46 years. I was finally able to buy a home in 2017, but had to sell when I became extremely sick. I have been working since 2020 to rebuild after losing everything material- And now Myasthenia Gravis . I just want to buy a home. Someplace my own permanent. With all of my disabilities and the impact on finances, it’s been impossible to save for a down payment and pay off accumulated debt. I just need an extra boost and $40k would literally change my entire life!
