I'm thriving after burnout and sharing my experiences while setting realistic examples and expectations for my homeschooled, teenage sons.

There's something about the change in perspective that happens after 40. It's like being able to step aside from the noise of society and saying "hey, I already know all this. I've already experienced this. Let's do things differently and break those old, played out patterns of damage." I have a new lease on life and love being able to share it with others in need.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to stay aligned with my core values and don't let other people sway my decisions. I follow a carnivore diet to keep my body and mind running efficiently. I have Ehlers-Danlos Hypermobile so I have to be very strategic and careful with my exercise routines, but I make sure to move every day. And I focus on my family before anything else. They are my why.
What would you do with the $40,000?I plan to invest the $40k into my business and savings. I am going to open a local interior design center to collaborate with other designers that don't have a home base, and to mentor the next generation of creatives. I want everyday people to have access to beautiful things too, so they can experience harmony and wellbeing in their home space. This has a profound effect on mental health which I am very passionate about as well.
