Learning to love my self

As I entered my 40's it allowed me to live life more authentically while still having the energy to pursue goals and enjoy experiences without the same level of pressure as younger years; essentially, feeling like I have the wisdom and experience of life while still having time to make meaningful changes and enjoy life to the fullest.
How do you stay fabulous?I have learned to put self first. Fallinging love with self. Self.Practice letting go of negative thoughts and focus on what you're grateful for.And of course I work out and trying to eat healthier..
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help my mother with her financial needs i dislike my mother having to work at her age and health condition and help the homeless in my community.
