Aging is only as old as you feel ! I am still as active and healthy as I was when I was younger :) I live each day to the fullest !

I feel more vibrant now than I have in years ! Being over 40 and now 50 I feel I can provide world life experiences both to my kids family and friends . I give back to my community and to my passion of sports in so many ways which makes my heart smile 💜. Life is what you make it and I bring each day with a sense of energy and love that I try and make each day the best day ever . Age is a privilege, and we should embrace every minute of it !
How do you stay fabulous?My gosh , my go to is my sports . Whether it be working out at the gym and spin class , to stepping on that ice which is my happy place where I competed so many years as a competitive figure skater . Taking care of my body inside and out I feel makes me feel better about me as a whole . Waking up each day with positive energy and exuding that to others makes me feel fabulous !
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow , it would be an honour . Part of what I believe in is giving back . I'm involved with the gift of giving back charity which umbrellas 7 different beneficiaries . Salvation Army , compassion society , food for life , reach out centre for mental health , carpenter hospice , Kerr street mission and the woman's shelter . Part of the mission is for the youth to initiate campaign's with the sport teams to give back to the gift of giving back . I would help with that with the winnings :)
