Being my own person, trusting my intuition, my independence ( while married), traveling more, loving life..time is precious. I love myself and confident. Staying healthy and getting back to feeling like my fit self at 51.
How do you stay fabulous?I recently started on a new health journey, eating clean, strength training 4-5x a week, consuming less alcohol more water. Looking forward to bike riding soon for my cardio. Getting strong and my insides healthy are so important as we age. Recently realized I need to prioritize my well being over everything if I want a long physically healthy life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take half and invest to make more! The other half I would invest in my self care training to get stronger. Looking forward to possibly starting another small business ( Photobooth) and this would help with start up costs immensely! I would like to become a personal trainer for women my age as well helping them to get motivated to feel good again. I myself was stuck in a rut and menopause but pulled myself out of it and feel amazing! It’s never too late.
