I love all of the lessons I have learned and lives I have been fortunate enough to live. I was raised in the AZ desert and traveled to attend Juilliard in NYC and become an opera singer. I live outside of the city now with my daughter and husband and try to live putting love into the world, remembering and embodying the beauty I have seen and heard. I also love that I have had therapy and learned about myself through mental health challenges with my daughter’s birth and substance abuse.
How do you stay fabulous?Podcasts, eating vegan, taking life one day at a time, YOGA, no alcohol, and trying to always ask how I am doing and honor myself.
