lots of water,eat real food. Take supplements (vit D etc.) get those steps in, be friendly smile, lifes short remove toxicity enjoy nature

Learning to appreciate the smaller things in life, going to bed earlier. 😆 Looking back embracing all of my mistakes knowing i am who i am because of lifes lessons. life took some hard swings at me in my 30's but i got through it a few stitches bruises and lots of tears later I'm a stronger woman and I'm still 😃 😊 🙂 and full of life!
How do you stay fabulous?Be active, Be postive. Be a self advocate. Be able to let go or distance myself from negative people. Be able to wear a smile every single day. And 🙏
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my vehicle, finish fixing up my house. If any was left I would buy some new clothes shopping at the good will is fun but it be nice to purchase something i want and not worry about the price. Or maybe I would even consider opening up a dance hall for the youth. Plenty of dancing and karoke (:
