Being over 40 is incredibly rewarding ! I have the confidence to know who I am and what I want. I have wisdom, years of experience has given me valuable insights. I have self-acceptance, with embracing myself, flaws and all. I have more freedom to pursue passions and hobbies. Plenty of time to have deeper connections with family and friends. An amazing perspective, understanding of what truly matters.
How do you stay fabulous?By embracing my unique self and living life to the fullest. Self care is huge, prioritize my physical and mental well being. Regular exercise, balanced diet and mindful practices. I surround myself with supportive and positive people. Have fun ….. enjoy life’s moments, laughter is the best!
What would you do with the $40,000?I could do so much, some remodeling in my house and travel. Also not to forget giving to charity and God
