What I love about this stage of my life is new beginnings, my kids are getting older I’m getting older and there is a certain grace that comes with aging. My girls are becoming incredible young woman and I love how much they inspire me to be the best person I can be. I am so proud of them and I strive to make them proud of me.
How do you stay fabulous?Yoga, Yoga and more Yoga! I love my own practice but what truly matters to me is teaching! I like to be creative with my classes and hearing from my yogis how much they enjoyed their time makes my heart shine! I love when I hear how much stronger my students feel, how that physical strength has them feeling more confident and comfortable in their own skin! Making people feel empowered in their own bodies makes me feel fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love my own Health and Wellness studio one day and that’s what I would put $40,000.00 towards!
