I’m a single mom of a beautiful 4 year old girl who is my world, yet I still find time to work full time and go to the gym too.

I definitely feel a lot wiser! If I had all this wisdom in my 20’s I would rule the world by now! I also know myself a lot better, what I want and don’t want, what I like, etc., what I want out of life.
How do you stay fabulous?Well chasing around a 4 year old is really good cardio! I had her a little later in life but she definitely keeps me young :) I also try to mostly keep to a low carb lifestyle and get to the gym in the mornings after I take my daughter to school.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off some debt and put a down payment on a house for my daughter and I. Things have been tight financially. It’s just her and I since her daddy has passed on and with the cost of everything rising so much it has made things harder and has dampened my dream of owning a home one day.
