I am 45 and I still feel and look good. I take care of myself after raising 3 kids now it’s my turn to take care of me.

How do you stay fabulous?I decided to go back to school at 42 and I am now a salon owner. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. I love my life now and I feel like I keep getting better.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to move we live in the city of Philadelphia and want to move because it is not what it once was, but the house prices are are astronomical so this would help me to be able to move.
