I love the wisdom and knowledge I've gained. I have grown and changed so much just in the past 12 years since I left my abusive marriage. I was 38 with a 5 & 6 year old when I left. I didn't have a job or any money as I was a SAHM and he left the country with all our money. I had to start over from scratch. I went back to school & now I have my SSW diploma and can help other Survivors survive and thrive. I'm still struggling but I'm healing and I know where I want to be and I'm on my way there!

I stay fabulous by reading affirmations daily & remindin myself how far I've come. I'm not where I want to be but I'm on my way & I know I'll get there eventually. Life has been extremely challenging the past several years. I've been tempted to give up a few times but my love for my kids & my hope for the future has kept me going. I know better days are coming! I know my future is bright! I know I just have to have faith, stay strong, continue to heal and that day will arrive before I know it!

I would pay off my debts and take my kids on a family vacation to Hawaii! We haven't been on a trip for over 6 years so it's way overdue. Waikiki was one of my late Nana's favourite vacation spots so it would be great to go to remember her. I would also buy a gift for my mom & my sister. They've been an amazing help to me & my kids these past 12 years so it's really the least I can do to say thank you to them. Plus I'd buy a thank you gift for my dad for his help these past 2 years. I'm blessed!
