Hello friends! What makes me fab over 40? Well I've raised 3 wonderful children, and tried my best to take care of myself in the meantime!

My children are all grown up and looking forward to growing old, and enjoying some grandbabies while I do it!
How do you stay fabulous?I honestly don't have any magic things I do, wash my face moisturize and try to drink plenty of water!
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh man I'd most definitely try to find a house to put a good down payment on. And find something memorable to do with the kiddos!
