I don't see 40 as a age I am 43 years old my life is always not been so easy I had to fight tooth and nail to get to the age that I am now like I said I don't see 40 as a age it's just a number we ourselves make ourselves older every year the reason I say that is we are only born twice when we come into this world and when we are born again and Christ so we ourselves make us older that's just my opinion and my Outlook on it
How do you stay fabulous?Try to exercise as much as I can and eat healthy as much as I can
