Healthy lifestyle, being comfortable in my skin and loving life at 49 until Friday August 24th which will make me 50 years old.

I feel that reaching my age feeling good physically, emotionally and mentally is a privilege. I have embraced every facet of life the same way and therefore am the most at ease with myself than I have ever been. I am grateful for being surrounded by people I love, friends and family (furbabies) and have a successful career which empowers me and motivates me daily. I feel younger than I ever have and excited about this time in my life.
How do you stay fabulous?Health has always been a priority so I adopted an 80/20 rule many years ago, 80% of the time I eat clean foods and 20% of the time I indulge in anything that makes me happy. I very rarely drink alcohol, very little caffeine , don't smoke, don't take any medication and I drink an average of a gallon of day of water. My sleep is priority and I work out regularly. I enjoy anything that gets my blood flowing, yoga, pilates, barre, spinning and weights. I love to dance, laugh and to make people smile
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use half for stem cell therapy for my daughter that suffers with a very aggressive case of MS and other half I would use to start treatment with a functional medicine doctor to get a thorough understanding of how to stay healthy past menopause and get the right hormone testing and treatment for me as an individual. I feel that women's options are so limited when it comes to perimenopause or menopause or any hormonal issues in general and it is vital to stay healthy & fabulous past 40!!!
