The wisdom I have gained gives me the ability to cherish what really matters. I don't sweat the small stuff, I take time to be in the moment, I have great empathy and compassion. Having patience, embracing life and finding humor has made being over 40 some of my best days ever.
How do you stay fabulous?I work on body, mind and soul. Yoga, exercise, sunlight, laughter and eating organically has been the key factors in staying fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to continue my education and complete the schooling I need to be a mental health advocate. This would allow me to give back and help change people's life's.
