I am mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually in excellent shape. I live in paradise, am writing a book and am an extreme athlete.

Being over 40 allows me to balance my personal needs with giving back. I put less off and focus on creating rocking chair memories. Because I have lived well, I mentor many younger than myself.
How do you stay fabulous?Although I’m in th sun quite often, I wear full coverage face makeup that protects my face. I wear a cap, sun glasses and long sleeves and leggings to prevent skin damage. Additionally, to support my active lifestyle, I treat myself to healthy foods, supplements, and protein shakes. I keep my spirit light by playing on the water or dancing west coast swing. I keep strong and limber with yoga and active resistance stretching.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the award to produce a self help app to go with my book.
