I love how well I know myself. I love that I’m not afraid, and I can say no. I love that I’m manifesting the life I’ve always wanted, and that I’m doing it in spite of cancer or challenges with running a business. I love that I finally love myself. My story has had many twists and turns, and I think it’s contributed to my being able to help so many others as a therapist, and that I have learned so much more through my lessons, even breast cancer. I also love being an older mom!

I add to my vintage designer clothing collection! I’ve never stopped doing nice things for and taking care of myself, and I also think it’s fabulous to take care of others, which I do for work. I make sure I spend a lot of quality time with my family, I rescue dogs, I avoid alcohol, and i work on manifestation a ton. I’m super into Gabby Bernstein and her teachings, I love her.

I would put it toward starting a dialectal behavior therapy program for low-income populations within my psychotherapy practice. DBT is so hard for lower-income people to access, and I would love to be able to offer it, but I currently can’t if people can’t pay the full fee. I want to make it more accessible! We would use the money to start a lower fee program and still be able to pay our therapists a working wage in LA.
